The following are
examples of my creativity and technical writing submitted for academic achievement.

   

 

A successful writer would be a master of words painting an intricate masterpiece of intrigue; enticing and convincing the mind to accept a visual display conjured by the thought process. This thought process would transcend through the sensory arteries of the mind transforming this thought into a functional application the body comprehends.  Words are the essential lifeblood of civilization creating a metaphoric analogy from the mundane to the infinite.

      Words of the writers create the instruction for the teacher altering the minds of study to believe in a paradox of conformity but challenge the creativity hidden behind the locked doors of the imagination.

     Through the hand of the writer ideology flows from generation to generation expanding the forum of human endeavor producing a phenomenon of evolution eclipsing expectations of grandeur and dominance. A writer is a writer with every sense of the word manifesting, compiling and bringing sanity to the most innovative and materialistic society this planet has ever recorded; lest not but what has been written in the annals of time brought forth to this day.

    Let it be lost; let it be lost forever for with the command of my voice I have banished forever this nonsense a writer has more status than the King who sits before him; Ah! Nevertheless, my King without my pen and my words you would never be.

Concluding Theorem for Quantum Physics

 

      The following writing cumulates over twenty years of research and study formulating a comprehensive conclusion encompassing the study of quantum physics. Supportive explanations using written text omitting the mathematics and diagrams depict definite attributes necessary for understanding the mythology safeguarding sensitive material. Identifying fallacies using supportive research explains misconceptions in theory and increases public awareness with common text interpretations.

     The following definitions define the terms used.

Defining States or Identities

 

Energy and Particles exist as separate states or identities.

Energy:  static physical characteristics without the presence of a particle

Particle:  measurable quantity with characteristics

Mass: increase measurability of particles

Energy Mass: Ratio of energy and particles creating substances

 

Explaining Existence of Substances  

 

1. A substance consists of E+P creating element one. E + P ratio 1:1 (The ratio defines the existence of an element.)

2. The ratio 1:1 defines the amount of energy assimilated by a particle.

3. Increasing the mass increases the direct proportional quantity of available energy assimilated by the particle. 

4. Mass weight will assimilated energy in direct proportion to the ratio 1:1.

5. The greater the mass the greater the assimilation of available energy.

6.  Mass Energy becomes static when the predicted area ratio completes.

7. Mass Energy advances in direct relationship to the predicted constant.

8. The constant varies with degree advancing or degrading within the predicted parameter.

9. Elements proportionally colligate creating a multitude of static variance.

10. The static variance creates identities.

11. The direct inclusion from the above conditions results from every known or unknown substance.

 

Dissipation

 

 The balance of existence depends on the predicted constant remaining static, which can never happen again at large. The contributing forces acting on the constant results in conflict. The controllable features can be contained using this research advancing predetermined variables for example, energy and particle relationships advancing propulsion, medical procedures and numerous other applications. The concerns for containment no longer exist as outlined; particles will contain energy in a defined parameter or nothing would exist, the answer to this question was the constant.

     Another misconception is the measured energy of light predicting a constant velocity; energy has no acting force without a particle. The smaller the particle the more velocity reacting to the implying constant expediential to the propelling forces creating a compounding and unstable parameter. Measurable distinctions are attainable but a definite conclusion would be impossible.

Supporting a Position
“Should the U.S. continue to use capital punishment?”

  Capital punishment is a just punishment for certain crimes as it has been for centuries. Societies and cultures have tested the merits and procedures based on moral and humane practices throughout history with concluding evidence supporting the position. In the United States, there are five execution methods lethal injection, electrocution, lethal gas, firing squad, and hanging. Thirty-eight states and the United States government currently have capital punishment statues implemented according to certain criteria. Lethal injection is the most common method and deemed the most humane.

     The position of this paper to continue capital punishment reflects the benefit to society in general and not to the methods used. Society benefits justify capital punishment for example, deterred criminal activity and cost of inmate incarceration. Criminal intent diminishes in direct relation to the punishment as quoted, “The empirical estimates suggest that the deterrent effect of capital punishment driven primarily by executions conducted by electrocution. This finding is consistent with a central tenet of the economic theory of crime: All else equal, the greater the (expected) severity of punishment, the less likely a rational agent will participate in criminal acts.” (Becker 1968). In-depth studies have produced similar results and the general view is significant reduction in crime.

     The financial burden incarcerating a prisoner as quoted,” The cost of incarcerating criminals in America has steadily spiraled upward. Maximum-security incarceration now requires an average of $25,000 per year per inmate, with an initial cost of $100,000 to construct a one-inmate cell.” (Winkler 1993)

     Society must accept the ramifications for discontinuing capital punishment with increase crime and incarceration cost of prisoners.  The beneficial results indicate positive attributes with capital punishment maintaining order and financial discipline.

     A strict execution guideline adheres to and advances the procedural formula with humane methods needs constant research and development. Executions are extreme measures taking an individual life and need continued public support to assure the punishment fits the crime.

     A capital crime inflicted on victims is without conscious awareness or moral reflection and necessitates consequences protecting society and the demise of the social structure. Morality and religious propaganda construe the rights of the victims and the rights of criminal being of the same nature. This propaganda suggest unwarranted behavior exist because of capital punishment whereas the criminal is redeemed by the righteous rhetoric they advocate. This ideology reflects self-interest placing judgment on those participating in capital punishment and the criminal transcends consideration for the victim.

    The ideology transpiring for a higher deity implies the inflicted condition or death of a person overshadows the direct result of criminal intent. The social acceptance that human intervention controls remorse or redemption conditions society to believe the human race is superior. Human intervention mythology must then trigger and control the criminal intent being the superior being; we are then victims of our own doing.

Creativity is an art expressed in many ways and a writer strings together words to create expressions influencing the readers mind.  Just as an artist paints an impression on canvas to form a portrait, a writer creates a canvas of words stirring interest in the reader.  Writing might be less appealing to one might be a masterpiece to another, never the less it is art.  Compassion, emotion, and a deeper understanding of the writer are revealed through their writing that might not ever be expressed.  If the writer did not feel compassion for the topic written, they would not write the words. With this being said as a published writer, I would never feel flattered someone reproduced my writing without my permission or without giving credit to me for the work whether I spent ten minutes or ten years. The writing I post on my website I post knowing people will reproduce without my permission; I consider this an acceptable practice called advertising.  However, those reproducing my writing with the intention to profit without my permission will definitely be receiving a call from the FBI and my lawyer.

Effects of Religion

      Religion covers a wide range of perspectives that civilizations have defined as the basis for existence and reverence. Symbolic replicas of a significant instance that influenced an individual or group flourish around the world. After World War I and II crude replicas of airplanes were found in remote areas where tribes had been mystified and awestruck when seeing them fly overhead. Just imagine having never seen a plane before makes us wonder about UFO sightings.

     Two significant impacts of religion over history influencing affairs then and now would be Roman Catholic and Muslim religions.  During the Medieval period Popes, Kings, Lords and Bishops used religion to dictate political policy and agendas just as rouge leaders of the Muslim faith use religion to justify their policy and agenda in current times.                                               

     Immigrants came to the United States and swore an oath written in our Constitution never to allow one religion to dominate the affairs of the state. The doctrines adapted by the political parties practice the same agendas and discipline religions advocate. 

     Time and prudence will heal the wounds of the unjust influence from unscrupulous leaders; distinguished scholars will write the pages of history to reflect the impact on society. Society in general survives whether the Holy Wars of Medieval times or the suicide bombers in the present times; the sum of the whole can only be measured by the difference of the few making the right choice.  May Gods will be done.
